Where are you based out of and what countries do you service?

I am based in Toronto, Canada. I support both the Canadian and American markets.

Where are your coaching sessions hosted?

Sessions are hosted virtually. If you are located in Toronto and prefer to meet in person for a session(s), we certainly make the arrangements to do so.

What payment options do you offer?

All major credit cards are accepted. We use Stripe as our payment platform that offers payment plan options. Pay-as-you-go is available only when booking sessions by the hour.

What happens if I don’t find a job?

I don’t offer a guarantee that my customers will find a new job. However, I am very committed to helping my clients become successful in their job search. Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of service they have selected.

What are the cost of your services?

We offer 3 different cost options:

  1. Full Cycle: is the only option where payment isn’t charged unless you land a new job within 6 months of our first session. Rates are based on a success fee that ranges between 3 -5% of your new OTE. An upfront credit card deposit of $1,000 is required.

  2. A La Carte: from any of the package service options. Each costs $1,000 and includes 5 hours of coaching.

  3. By The Hour: $300/hr paid in upfront.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

Sessions can be refunded or rescheduled with a minimum of 24-hour notice.
